Refund Policy

Short version: New paid subscriptions get a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds — but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

1. Free Plan

The Basic (Free) plan has no charge and therefore no refund policy applies.

2. New Subscriptions — 7-Day Guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Business) and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at support@kovashield.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

The 7-day period begins on the date of your first payment.

3. After 7 Days

After the 7-day guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, we may offer a prorated refund for unused months at our discretion — please contact us to discuss.

Email support@kovashield.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Service Outages

If KovaShield experiences significant downtime that materially impacts your service, we may offer service credits at our discretion. Please contact us if you believe you are owed a service credit.
